How this GAP analysis works
For Earth, the targets are the globally agreed ones: the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals, the Paris Agreement temperature goal, the energy goals agreed at COP28 and the Kunming-Montreal biodiversity targets.
Each row will quote the target word for word and give the baseline, the latest measured value with its year, and the distance between them. An “on track” or “off track” label appears only where the agency that tracks the target publishes one. Hawkeye does not assign its own.
